Like Here, Only Different ~ Walking London, Hampton Court Palace

Grabbed an all day ticket which took me on a train journey south of the city.  Hampton Court is most famously the home of Henry VIII.

A wealth of elaborate construction including chimneys which indicate many fireplaces. Tapestries all around every rooms walls.

Gardens and grounds including tennis courts still in use by exclusive members.

Far to many rooms for ones feet to bear.

    Incredible palace.

  2. In spite of its obvious age, it feels modern. I think it is the chimneys.
